Payments/Invoicing
Do you provide direct billing?
For insured services (massage therapy, and stretch therapy) we can direct bill to most insurance companies. If the full amount of the treatment is not covered or the claim cannot be submitted, you will be expected to pay the remaining amount at the time of treatment. We will provide you with a receipt which you can attempt to resubmit for insurance providers.
What forms of payment do you take?
We take interact/debt, most credit cards, e-transfer, or insurance payment.
Do I need to leave a tip?
Tipping is never expected and is up to the discretion of each individual.

Is there parking available?
Yes! There is parking located on the west side of the building next to Beacon Heights School field. There is additional street parking infront of the building (please respect seasonal parking bans), as well as plenty of residential parking (please do not park in any of our neighbours driveways)
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Referral Discount
The 10% referral discount will be applied to your next treatment, when you refer a new patient to the clinic and this person books and attends their appointment.
