Fascial Stretch Therapy
Discover the benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy, a unique and effective approach to enhancing flexibility, mobility, and overall body function. This therapy focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, joints, organs, and bones. Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) uses gentle, assisted stretching techniques, gentle traction, and massage techniques to help release areas of tension and restriction within the myofascia. Our trained therapists work with you to release tension, improve circulation, and improve range of motion, helping to alleviate pain and prevent injury. Experience a deeper connection and balance within your body. Please note FST is a treatment requiring stretchy or loose clothing to allow for full range of movement.
