Yoga Offerings

Private Yoga Sessions:

Book a private yoga session, and experience the benefits of yoga while working on your unique goals or concerns. Each session is tailor made by a certified yoga teacher to help you progress through different postures, create strength and mobility within your body, and deepen your connection with your Self.

Group out Calls:

Book a group yoga class for your office, school, or friends and family. Our experienced yoga teachers will create a custom yoga session designed to meet the needs of your group.

To Book a group out call please email: sacredwellnesscollective@gmail.com. Please include your name, type/style of yoga interested in, and number of participants.  We will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your email.

Group Classes

At this time Sacred Wellness Collective is not offering group yoga classes. However if you are interesting in practicing with Jenn, and many other wonderful yoga teachers, she can be found at Prana Yoga Studio

Every Thursday:

Prenatal Yoga:  6:00-7:00pm

Gentle Flow and Restore: 7:30-8:45pm
