MASSAGE YOGA & PRENATAL OFFERINGS

Sacred Wellness Collective was created to help individuals connect with wellness and develop a sense of community.  Through our collective of practitioners and modalities you are sure to find a path to rediscovering your sacred or unique right to wellness. 

We hope to expand our collective to include more practitioners and modalities, and group yoga classes in the future.

Practioners

Jenn has a passion for the form and function of the human body. 

Her curiosity for physiology began during her work as a birth doula, during this time she began to appreciate how anatomy, movement, and breath played a major role in childbirth. 

Jenn continued her exploration in anatomy and physiology, by becoming a massage therapist in 2010, and a yoga teacher in 2017. 

She enjoys helping people feel their best through massage, yoga and mindfulness. 

Jenn specializes in deep tissue/therapeutic massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, active release, fascial stretch therapy, cupping, and yoga.

Jenn is passionate about sharing her knowledge though yoga teacher training, currently hosted at Prana Yoga Studio.

Education

Massage Education:


Jenn graduated with honours from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2010. She has continued her massage education with many continuing education courses including:

Spinning Babies Training


In 2019 Jenn traveled to Arizona to learn Fascial Stretch Therapy from Stretch to Win Institute. 


Yoga Education:


After many years practicing yoga Jenn took a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Prana Yoga Studio, in 2017. She became immersed in the movement , breathwork, and philosophy that traditional yoga offered. 


Jenn is known for creating inclusive, safe, and transformative yoga classes. She prioritizes alignment, strength and connection to both the physical form and energetic form within her teaching. She offers private yoga sessions and group out calls through Sacred Wellness Collective, and group classes, weekly at Prana Yoga Studio.


In 2019 Jenn completed her 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training, and has gone on to take many continuing education courses including:

Jenn is currently an E-RYT 500 teacher, offering yoga teacher training in Prenatal yoga, and Advanced Anatmoy, as well as teaching in the 200 and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Prana Yoga Studio.

Future Plans

We look forward to expanding with you as part of the community.

As our community thrives and grows we plan to add space for group yoga classes, more practitioners and modalities.  With growth we hope to start a charity that provides yoga and wellness services to those that may not typically have the means to access massage, yoga, or other wellness support
